We focus on providing high-quality bag and luggage products for all customers, and we strictly follow standardized shipping procedures to ensure every order is properly packaged, safely transported and delivered to customers in an orderly manner within the scheduled time.

1. Order Processing Time

We complete the review, packaging and dispatching preparation of all valid orders within 1 to 5 working days after the system successfully confirms your order information. Saturdays, Sundays and official U.S. statutory holidays are excluded from the processing cycle, and no order processing will be arranged on non-working days.

During peak shopping seasons, promotional periods or order surge stages, the order processing cycle may be appropriately prolonged due to increased order volume. Once the processing delay exceeds the conventional time range, we will send a system notification or email reminder to customers in a timely manner to inform you of the latest order progress.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

All shipping fees of orders are automatically calculated based on the product quantity, weight, size and delivery destination, and the final shipping cost will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you complete the payment. No hidden shipping charges will be added to any order.

Our unified standard shipping time is 15 business days. It should be noted that the delivery time is only an estimated reference value. The actual arrival time may be affected by many uncontrollable factors including logistics carrier scheduling delays, local customs clearance efficiency, extreme weather conditions, regional logistics restrictions and holiday logistics suspensions, which shall be subject to the actual delivery situation.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

After your order is successfully dispatched from our warehouse, our system will automatically send a shipment confirmation email to your reserved email address. The email will include your order number, logistics tracking number, carrier information and real-time logistics query entrance.

Generally, the logistics tracking information will be updated and available for inquiry within 24 to 48 hours after the goods are shipped. If you cannot query the tracking information beyond the above time, you can contact our customer service team for manual verification and update.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers shall be responsible for filling in accurate, complete and valid shipping address, recipient name and contact phone number when placing an order. Please double-check all delivery information before payment to avoid delivery errors caused by missing information, wrong address or invalid contact.

SHELLY MARIE WYANT will not bear any responsibility for delivery failure, package misdelivery or loss caused by incorrect, incomplete or invalid address information provided by customers. If the package is returned to the warehouse due to address problems, customers need to bear the corresponding return logistics cost and additional reshipping fees if they need redelivery.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If you find that the logistics information of the package stops updating for a long time or the package is suspected to be lost during transportation, please take the initiative to contact our official customer service within 7 working days of the estimated delivery date. We will cooperate with the logistics carrier to investigate the package trajectory and verify the loss situation.

Due to the particularity of luggage and bag products, if the delivered goods have appearance damage, structural deformation, accessory loss or other damage problems during transportation, please feedback to our customer service team within 24 hours after signing for the package. You need to provide complete real photos and videos of the outer package and damaged products. We will verify the damage cause and handle after-sales solutions for you as soon as possible according to the verification result.

6. Apparel Care and Usage Notice

This clause applies to all bags, luggage and travel storage products sold by our store. All products are attached with professional care and usage instructions. Customers shall use, clean and store the products in accordance with the official guidelines.

We will not be responsible for product damage, deformation, wear or functional failure caused by human factors such as improper cleaning methods, random disassembly, long-term exposure to harsh environments, artificial collision and private modification of products. Please use and maintain the products correctly to extend their service life.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

For all cross-border international shipping orders, the local customs may levy corresponding customs duties, import taxes, inspection fees and other related fees according to the tariff policies and regulatory requirements of the destination country/region.

All kinds of customs-related fees generated during international transportation are borne solely by the customer. The product price and shipping fee charged by our store do not include any customs taxes and inspection fees. Customers shall abide by the import regulations of the destination country and bear the relevant responsibilities and expenses arising from customs clearance problems.
